This was an extremely fun painting to do. My grandson wanted to have a game at his birthday party called "Pin the Hat on the Pirate"! Needless to say, he asked me to draw a Pirate. I think I got a little carried away and he now has a painting he can keep forever. (They can still play "Pin the Hat" as I also did many hats with 2-sided tape that won't hurt the painting!!)
